Learning the names of your notes.

Learning the names of the notes on your guitar is a big advantage for when you arrive at your first lesson. Music is a language and knowing the names and positions of at least some of the notes is a big time saver in learning. Using the C Major Scale use the following exercise to practise the notes in open position.
